Juvenile Court

  

The Juvenile Court exercises jurisdiction in cases involving delinquent acts, unruly, and deprived children under 17 years of age. Child Support enforcement cases are also heard in this court.  Judge Edwin J. "Chip" Perry presides over Juvenile Court.

Public Defender's Office

Patrick Chisholm's office is located at 326 W. Water Street in Bainbridge. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. until noon, and from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, phone 229-246-2877.
